Mindreading?

Well, I am living in Vegas and anything can happen. Truly!
Almost everyday, you can make something happen either fantasy or reality.
I am still not sure how it happened, but it did.
Friday, I attended monthly meeting. It was hosted by David Saxe who become success at age of 18. He is a producer who has produced most shows inVegas and owns "V" Theater at Miracle Mile Shop at Ph.
Inside "V" Theater, there are two theaters and eight shows. Amazing!
During the meeting, one of the eight show in the "V" Theater, 'The Mentalist' - Mr. Gerry McCambridge, he demonstrated this very totally not understandable mentalism skill in front of our very eyes. He had us to proof his mind reading as audience participation.
Being read mind, he had one of us on stage with "a phone book" who would be one of them to be actually read mind. His mission was when to call stop to make him point a specific phone number. In the mean time, seven of us were asked to stand in front of the stage and asked to smile at audience. Then, he gave each one of us an envelope that has something inside.
He also, asked us to hold them with both hands and press against our chest.
He read mind while he move his finger from top to bottom on the page949 that was called out by another audience to be read mind. As his finger stops, the specific phone number was read and wrote on a clipboard size whiteboard with a marker by another participant in audience and displayed to all. Finally, we took out number that was inside the envelope as he asked.
Amazing! It was in order to match the phone number he picked.

Big City 'Las Vegas'

7 years ago, it was my opinion that 'Las Vegas' would never be a real city like San Francisco or Boston or New York or any city that was built before air conditioning was invented.
At that time Bellagio was probably a most beautiful building on The Strip. If you drive 95 south, when you pass Bellagio, now you would see amazing buildings already changed my opinion and almost like landed from far above the sky. If you take Harmon Avenue towards to Las Vegas Blvd., there you will be completely in different city.
About 3years ago, I always see bunnies sitting under a tree on the corner of 'Spring Mountain Ranch' where I lived about 30min. drive to The Strip.
I often see roadrunners crossing street, owl sitting on a fence, too.
Now, I don't see them any more.
I don't have knowledge of how to protect wild life at all, but I simply wish that there should be a way to protect them and turn this area of wild life into smaller 'Zoo' by enclosing them in a fenced area and gradually narrow it into manageable space to accommodate them as a 'Zoo'. Eventually, area can be set up like real zoo with collection of animals like San Francisco Zoo I used have membership.
All Giraffes, Rhinos, Elephants, Monkeys, Pandas, Bears, Zebras, and all sorts of animals.
Setting up Solar Power in this area can be planned with it.
It is just a simple thoughts of mine who loves wild life and make living in a big city.

CHER at the Colosseum

I consider myself very lucky that I was able to see 'CHER' at Colosseum last night.
This place holds 4,200 people. Amazing.
I was seated on 1st Mezzanine, Sec. 7, Row E, Seat 709. It was left side of the stage on the second level. I was able to view entire stage from my seat almost the same level straight from speakers above stage. I like that.
There were so many stuff that I almost forgot about. Remember? Sonny in yellow sweater with black star singing started one Sonny and multiply to many Sonny.
And also Sonny tries for Cher in many different way to get her. It was very sweet.
One of my favorite part of the show was when whole stage was filled with pictures of 'SONNY AND CHER' from 70's.
I remember I watched 'SONNY AND CHER' on TV when I was staying with Beck Family in Tempe, Arizona in 1976.
Since I lived in Tokyo, I did not know them at all till then.
After that, It seemed lonly to see CHER herself alone on stage.
Over all, it was so much fun to see her and enjoy her singing.

'CRISS ANGEL BELIEVE'

Last night, I went to see 'CRISS ANGEL BELIEVE' at Luxor.
I arrived theater early and didn't feel like walking around, so I went to inside the store and checked 'CRISS ANGEL' JEWERLY. I found a few of them that I want to wear. But not this time. Then, stood in the hall way to at the entrance door. Hall way was about 15feet wide and both side of the wall was grassy mirror with forest. I was looking in to he mirror and checking myself how I look. I kept doing so for about 15min. Then, suddenly I noticed that big portrait of CRISS ANGEL was looking towards to me thru the woods.
Somehow, my imagination went too far and started answering question as thou CRISS ANGEL was asking me about the evening 3years ago when I saw him with 'GODSMACK' on stage at parking of Hardrock Hotel Las Vegas. My memory of that night started talking in my head just like answering to his questions. Then I asked to stop asking me questions any more.
As I entered inside beautiful theatre, I sat down Sec 103, Row F, Seat 7.
I was very close to the stage and able to see the detail of gigantic mechanical rabbit.
From the beginning to the end, it was non stop of loving 'CRISS ANGEL' and bounty of acts, illusion and beautiful costume and emotional events of his story along with exciting music. It was very hard to detach reality from sort of fantasy.
Anyways, it was double pleasure of CIRQUE DU SOLEIL and CRISS ANGEL.
Secretly, portraits put up on the wall was hologram.

Visit Las Vegas and Grand Canyon

If you have a chance o visit Las Vegas, visit Grand Canyon as well.
I recommend to visit widest, deepest part of the canyon, "South Rim".
I took a tour by small airplain about 45minutes flight to the south rim then, took helicopter ride about 30minutes in north canyon.
After the amazing helicopter ride, visited inside national park.
The Bright Angel Point and Mother Point.
At the Bright Angel Point, you will learn many historical facts.
From Mother Point, you can view 25% of entire canyon.
In February, if you are lucky, you might see the canyon covered with snow adding one extra color of "white".

This season went so fast.

Now, here in Las Vegas we go right in to summer.

No mercy.

However, I still see some snow on top of the mountain.
